Who is responsible

World Tour is provided by alex costel, who is the controller for personal data handled directly for the app and support. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to domeniirotld@yahoo.com.

Overview

World Tour is a general-audience, single-player geography game. It does not require an account and does not ask for a name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or payment information inside the app.

The developer does not sell personal data.

Local game data

Coins, discovered countries, completed rounds, aggregate answer statistics, reward claims, and settings are stored in the app's private local storage. Individual answer choices are not retained after a question. This data is used only to provide game progress and preferences.

Local data remains until it is reset or removed with the app. iOS may restore it from an operating-system device backup. The Android app excludes progress from Google cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. The developer cannot access or delete this data remotely because there is no World Tour account or game database.

Optional rewarded advertising

World Tour may offer optional rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. The core game remains usable without watching an advertisement, and an ad is never presented automatically. After an ad finishes, the SDK may preload another ad, but it is not shown without a new, explicit player action.

World Tour requests non-personalized ad treatment and disables Google's publisher first-party ID and ad personalization. The iOS production app additionally requests Google's Limited Ads mode; Android ad requests include Google's non-personalized-ads signal. UMP choices do not enable personalized advertising in the app. When consent information or an ad is requested, Google's Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs may process an IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app- or device-bounded identifiers, advertising data, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and performance information. Google may use these data for limited ad delivery, security, fraud and invalid-traffic detection, measurement, diagnostics, and aggregate reporting, subject to applicable choices and law. Where Google serves programmatic Limited Ads, it may use local storage or cookies only for invalid-traffic detection.

World Tour does not currently request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not request access to the IDFA. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK does not send the IDFA when ATT is not authorized. Conversion measurement may use Apple's SKAdNetwork.

On Android, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may access the Android advertising ID and Android advertising measurement services where available, subject to the device's settings, applicable consent choices, and Google's SDK behavior. World Tour does not use these services to create a player account or enable personalized advertising.

A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that it was earned. An unavailable ad, an error, or closing before that confirmation does not grant a reward.

Legal bases and privacy choices

Where required, consent or another applicable choice may govern storing or accessing information used for limited advertising and related measurement. World Tour does not use these choices to enable personalized advertising. Where applicable law permits it, limited processing for basic ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, and aggregate measurement may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations. Google's consent form identifies the purposes, vendors, and available choices for the user's region.

World Tour refreshes consent information at launch and presents a privacy message when required. Choices can be reviewed or withdrawn from Profile → Settings → Privacy using the control labelled Ad Privacy Options when Google requires it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Support correspondence

If a player chooses to email support, the developer receives the sender's email address, message, and any device, operating-system, screenshot, or diagnostic details the sender includes. These data are used to answer the request, troubleshoot the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is the developer's legitimate interest in providing support and responding to the sender's request.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer and resolve the request, handle follow-up, protect legal claims, or meet a legal obligation, and is then deleted or anonymized where practical. Support email is processed through Yahoo; see the Yahoo EMEA Privacy Policy.

Website data

These World Tour information pages do not include advertising, analytics, account sign-in, or non-essential cookies. The hosting service may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the pages. Such data is retained according to the host's operational and legal requirements.

Sharing, safeguards, and international transfers

Personal data is shared only as needed with service providers described above: Google for consent and optional advertising, Yahoo for support email, and the hosting provider for these pages. They are required by their applicable terms, contracts, and laws to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy. The developer does not export user-level AdMob data or maintain a World Tour account database.

These providers may process information outside the user's country. Where required, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Provider policies linked above contain additional details.

Retention and deletion

Game progress
Stored locally until reset or app removal. iOS may restore it from a device backup; the Android app excludes it from Google backup and device transfer.
Advertising data
Retained by Google according to its policies, the applicable consent choices, and operational or legal requirements. World Tour receives aggregate reporting rather than a player account history.
Support email
Kept only while needed for resolution, follow-up, security, legal claims, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Website logs
Retained by the host according to its security, operational, and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on local law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Send a request to domeniirotld@yahoo.com. The developer may need enough information to locate the correspondence and verify the request, but cannot retrieve game data that exists only on the user's device.

EEA, UK, and Swiss users may also complain to their local data protection authority. A list of EU authorities is available through the European Data Protection Board.

Children

World Tour is a general-audience app. It is not submitted to Apple's Kids Category or Google Play's Designed for Families program and is not directed primarily to children below the age required to consent to data processing in their country. The app does not knowingly collect a child's name or contact information. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal data through support can request deletion using the contact above.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version remains available at this URL with its latest revision date.
